ACTS: Men want to be active in service and feel like they’ve made a difference in the world. ACTS is our service ministry where we offer service events to men. Usually they have to do with community involvement, social justice, compassion ministry to widows and orphans, etc. These events have been very successful both in terms of helping others and growing our men. Recently, men and their families in the Omaha area helped to create more than 20,000 meals for Kids Against Hunger and such meals were supplied to an orphanage in Sierra Leone. Men leave a legacy to their families and others through service.
