Fireteams

Fireteams: It is crucial for men to experience authentic brotherhood in a smaller group of men that will “have their back” and walk shoulder to shoulder with them in life.

A Fireteam is composed of 2-4 men who go into an in-depth mentoring relationship where they struggle with men’s issues, deal with addictions to porn, and substance abuse, marital issues, work issues, thought life, and basic discipleship principles. There is some cutting edge relational stuff here and we find that men grow exponentially during a year of being in a Fireteam.

• Smallest military fighting unit made up of 3-4 specialists, each with a clearly defined objective. These fireteams are highly mobile and efficient in what they do. The men on these teams have each other’s backs.
• We’re offering Fireteams for men where you specialize in the areas where God wants to grow you and sharpen you. Proverbs 27:17 “As Iron Sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.”
• This is where key mentoring and accountability takes place.
• Most men won’t open up and share their stuff in a larger group setting. But they will open up to one or two other men who struggle with the same issue they do.
• Ideally, a Fireteam is led by a veteran who has walked in the shoes of the men who are struggling and helps them to find victory.
• This is where men heal each other in the name of Christ and then follow 2 Timothy 2:2 by passing this on to other men following in our footsteps.
